StableNote is on the App Store for iPhone in the Netherlands. It’s free to start, with up to 3 horses.

StableNote works on iPhone with iOS 18 and later.

Free accounts include up to 3 horses, care records, plans, reminders, and 3 basic PDF exports. Premium adds unlimited horses, photos, caregiver invitations, and unlimited PDF exports with record photos.

Only the owner can edit a horse's care data. With Premium, owners can give caregivers view-only access and revoke it at any time.

Yes. An internet connection is required to add or edit records, so your care history stays up to date on every device. You can start setting up before creating an account; that stays on your iPhone until you sign up.

Choose which care records to include by date and care type, and add open plans if you like. With Premium, reports also include the photos on those records.
